Improvements
- The possibility to import the files of XML, XLS, XLSX, ODS formats has been added. This allows you to import XML, Excel, OpenOffice files, converting them to supported format by assigning file fields to appropriate database columns;

- Due to improvements made, Smart Price can be managed in much more convenient manner with Mass Product Changer addon of Store Manager. You can preview the results of Smart Price modifications made before they are actually applied.
BugFixes:
- In former versions of the software, Preferences window could not be opened, after "Cancel" operation was performed when trying to log in through User Access form. In this release this issue has been ?orrected;
- There was an issue with decimal symbol while import. Pricing values were truncated during import because of symbol ‘.’ Now this problem is rectified. Decimal values are parsing properly and prices are imported correctly;
- Previously there were problems running the following reports: BarCode Labels, Products, Sales for X-Cart ver.4.5. In this release all reports are operating correctly for X-Cart ver.4.5;
- Earlier, for users of X-Cart ver.4.1.9 it was not possible to view at the front-end, the changes of product data (name, description) that were made from Store Manager. This issue has been fixed. Now all modifications made to products data within Store Manager are reflected at X-Cart store correctly;
- To avoid issues occurring, when the value indicated for “Start import from” was bigger, than actual number of records present in imported file, now Store Manager is monitoring the possibility to start import from definite row, evaluating total amount of rows in the file (file size).

- Since now Store Manager is compatible with X-Cart v. 4.6;
- The ability to drag&drop X-Cart images has been added to the program. Also, you can preview product images in program.
Improvements
- When you added Detailed product image in Preview window, current image was being replaced. Now new Detailed image will be added to a product;
BugFixes:
- Warning message appeared when you sent emails from Store Manager on X-Cart v. 4.2. This issue has been corrected in this release of Store Manager;
- It was not possible to import Thumbnails images from ICECat. This problem has been fixed in this release.

BugFixes:
- Previously “Handling of products that are not listed in source file” options did not function properly during the import process. This issue has been fixed;
- X-Cart import connection configuration was not being saved properly if its name contained symbols that are not being used in file titles. This issue has been resolved;
- When you performed X-Cart products import operation with large number of fields the “Out of memory” notification appeared. This issue has been corrected;
- It was not possible to Import products with SQL reserved words. This problem has been corrected;
- Previously only the first line of lengthy expression was saved to X-Cart import configuration. Now full formula will be saved by Store Manager for X-Cart;
- It was impossible to change connection and connect to database via bridge using configuration, when currently you were connected to embedded base;
- When you updated X-Cart products from ICECat with Update Manufacturer option disabled, data on Manufacturer were removed for current products. This issue has been fixed in this release of Store Manager for X-Cart;
- If you had both connection in configuration (bridge and direct) only one active base name was saved. This issue has been corrected.

- The ability not to change dash to hyphen in Product Clean URL has been added to the program.
Bugfixes
- Being connected to some databases Store Manager hung in the process of categories editing. It was incorrect work with custom databases. Now this problem was solved.
Store Manager for X-Cart Version 3.5.0.1171 - X-Cart version 5.4.5 Gold, Gold+ and Platinum compatible, compatible with Win 8, export product images' URL, bew visual HTML Editor
New Features:
- Now Store Manager for X-Cart is compatible with X-Cart version 5.4.5 Gold, Gold+ and Platinum;
- Now you can edit Clean URL in the application. This option is enabled \ disabled in the Preference window. By default this option is disabled;
- The ability to export product images' URL has been added to Store Manager application;
- The ability to identify categories by final category in the path has been implemented. This is very useful if you want to import product with incomplete category path.
Improvements:
- Enhanced visual HTML editor has been added to the program. It’s compatible with Win 8;
- The ability to change product quantity during order creation has been implemented;
- Now Store Manager will not connect to database when data are changed in preferences window, but in case of connection setting changes only.
- Now Address 2 section will be represented in default Invoice of Store Manager for X-Cart;
- Now it’s possible to Export products to eBay via Store Manager application if a store is developed on X-Cart v.4.5.4.
BugFixes:
- Now when you remove order, product quantity will restore to previous position. The quantity of product will increase after remove;
- [FIELD_VALUE] * 10 Expression for Import Wizard did not operate properly. This problem has been corrected;
- The decimal delimiter "," did not work in the Product Import Wizard. This issue has been solved.
Store Manager for X-Cart Version 3.4.6.1152 - support of bar code scanner, New system of User Access
Features:
- The support of bar code scanner has been added. Also the ability to search products and add products to order has been implemented. So now you can search for products in the program using scan-code through code scanner and automatically add products to the order warehouse by scan-code.
- New system of User Access was developed. Now you can grant specific permissions to Store Manager users allowing them to perform certain operations whereas other areas may be disabled. This feature is suitable for store owners who want to restrict access to store data depending on specific user role e.g. Product Manager, Order Manager etc.
Improvements:
- Locking function has been implemented in Store Manager. This function will be activated in case of the absence of the user and will close the access to program.
Store Manager for X-Cart Version 3.4.5.1118 - X-Cart supports ver.4.5, cheduled Backup of store database, tax calculation
Features:
- Now Store Manager for X-Cart supports ver.4.5;
- The ability to run scheduled Backup of store database has been added. Now you can do backup according to schedule: daily, weekly, monthly, or set any special date. This option is useful for you if you want to have a permanent backup of the store locally on your computer. Also you can execute SQL command according to scheduled time. This option is used for regular operations with database - updating of statuses, quantities, changing of numbers, etc. You can run any operations available at the syntax of SQL commands to your store.
Improvements:
- The functionality of tax calculation while using Discount coupons has been improved.
- Provider Name column has been added to Discounts & Coupons tab.
- In this version of the software there was added the ability to choose the category in which the products will be placed after import, in case the category for product was not specified in .csv file.
Fixes:
- Previously there was an issue with taxes, since they could not be calculated correctly if the discount coupon was applied. Now the taxes are calculated properly.
- The taxes have not been rounded in Store Manager and it caused the issue with total sum of the order, since there was difference in the price of ordered products depending on the fact whether the order was created from Store Manager or from admin side of the store. Now the sum of ordered products calculates correctly.
- Formerly the issue has occured during product import which was made beginning from the certain row. Even if the row from which to start import has been indicated, all the products were imported anyway. Now row position setting is fixed and import works correctly.
- The work with Product Variants was corrected. Previously pre-made options were displayed, rather than product variants themselves.

New Features:
With the new release of Store Manager for X-Cart, you can add watermarks to your product images. In the Preferences section choose Image Watermark to impress watermarks with various levels of transparency on the product images displayed in your store. They are meant to protect your product data from being published elsewhere without any reference to your store.
eBay Export addon has been added to Store Manager for X-Cart, allowing to export products directly from Store Manager to eBay. The beta version of the addon is now available. To make sure you use the new addon properly, you need to get the application keys: DEVID, AppID, CertID. Register for eBay Developer Program to start working with eBay Export plugin.
With the updated Store Manager for X-Cart, you can easily move from the Trial Version to the Full Version without having to reinstall the program itself. All you need to do is buy the license key for the Full Version. You won’t need to save the already existing store data and settings, but simply change the status of your current version of Store Manager with the new license key.
Improvements:
FTP settings section has been updated. Go to Preferences - FTP/SFTP of your Store Manager for X-Cart to check it out
Mass Product Changer usability has been updated through the Modifier and Advanced Modifier tabs
To improve and adjust the processing of HTML tags and text, the logic of the visual HTML Editor has been changed

Fixes:
- Now all the import settings are saved in the process of category import
- In the Customers&Orders section, "From" field for e-mail sending is now fixed
- Now, when assigning values in the Import section, the highlight of .csv file fields works fine
- The error Unknown column 'meta_descr' in 'field list', occurring in the category export process, has been fixed
- When jumping from Assign .csv columns to Preview import data tab, Store Manager window is displayed over all the other active windows on your computer
- The issue, occurring while editing products in the tab Additional, has been fixed. Now, you will have no trouble including large numbers in the numeric fields
